Zero Customs Fees for the Ireland, EU and the UK

Because we operate out of fulfillment centre from Northern Ireland, our customers in Ireland, the European Union and the UK will never have unexpected import duties or hidden border fees.

 

Transit Times & Rates

Order before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday, and we generally dispatch your items the exact same day.

 

Ireland & UK: Delivery is typically Next Business Day (please allow 1-2 working days). Parcel shipping starts at €6.99 and gets lower the more you order. We also offer Free Shipping on all orders over €100.

Mainland EU: Expect your delivery within 2-4 business days with DHL Express.

International: We routinely ship to Australia, Canada, and the UAE. For USA delivery rates, please contact us directly.

- Returns Policy

Custom-Cut Vinyl & Window Films:

Every roll of architectural vinyl and window film is cut bespoke to order from our master rolls. Due to the custom nature of these materials, our return guidelines are strict:

 

- 10 Metres & Under (Final Sale): We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for these lengths.

- Over 10 Metres: Returns may be accepted strictly at our discretion and are subject to a 40% restocking fee. You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery. The roll must remain entirely unopened, unused, and in its original factory seal. Note: These materials are highly sensitive to dust and moisture. If the seal is broken or compromised, the item is no longer resalable and will be rejected.

Tiles, Wall Panels & Installation Tools Changed your mind?

You can return any unused and unopened tools, panels, or stick-on tiles within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund for the product cost (original shipping charges are non-refundable). Buyers are responsible for arranging and covering the return courier costs.

 

Try a Sample First! Digital screens rarely do justice to exact colors, gloss levels, and textures. To guarantee you love the finish and to avoid final sale restrictions, we strongly encourage ordering a peel-and-stick sample. Our samples are dispatched quickly so you can test them in your room's exact lighting.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your item arrives damaged or you suspect a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us with clear photographs showing the entire affected product. We will arrange to have the item returned to our facility for a thorough inspection, after which we will promptly issue a replacement or refund.
 

 

 

- Customs, Duties and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment outside of the United Kingdom and European Union (EU) may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.

 

For these countries outside of the United Kingdom and European Union (EU) our 20% sales tax is deducted at checkout so any import tax and duty you pay will be around the same amount as our sales tax for most countries.

 

Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

 

*Tariffs are now in force for our USA customers. You are now subject to import taxes for all parcels shipped from outside of the USA and our courier will ask for payment before delivery. We are not responsible for these fees as it is a import tax from your Government.
